Different risks are associated with the operation and maintenance of wind farms in cold climate regions, mainly due to harsh weather conditions that experience region such as (i) increased stoppage rate turbines conditions, (ii) limited accessibility snow cover on roads, (iii) stress workers at farms. In addition, there caused by during their operation, which impact surrounding environment community (iv) risk ice throw from turbines, (v) environmental farms, (vi) social opposition installing Arctic. The analysis these six provides an overall view potential encountered designers, operators, decision makers This paper presents a methodology quantify aforementioned using fuzzy logic method.
